Virtual Care
Start your healthcare visit online from home or wherever you are. Virtual Care allows you to complete a structured medical intake for review by a licensed healthcare provider, receive treatment recommendations, and, when medically appropriate, receive an electronic prescription.
Every request follows a clinical review process. A prescription is never guaranteed. The provider evaluates your symptoms, medical history, current medications, allergies, and other relevant information before deciding whether remote treatment is appropriate.
If medication is prescribed, the prescription can be sent to Hersey Pharmacy for fulfillment.
How Virtual Care Works
Step 01 - Complete Your Intake
Tell us about your symptoms, how long they have been present, your medical history, medications, allergies, and any other information relevant to your concern.
Step 02 - Clinical Review
A licensed healthcare provider reviews your information and may request additional details, images, or a video visit when needed to evaluate your condition safely.
Step 03 - Treatment Plan
You receive treatment recommendations based on the provider's clinical assessment. If your condition requires in-person examination, testing, imaging, or urgent care, you will be directed to the appropriate next step.
Step 04 - Prescription When Appropriate
If medication is clinically appropriate, an electronic prescription may be issued and sent to Hersey Pharmacy. Medication costs are separate from the virtual care visit.
Online clinical visits start at $29 and can cost up to $60 per visit, depending on the type of consultation.
The visit fee covers the provider's clinical evaluation and treatment recommendations. Prescription medication, laboratory testing, imaging, or other services are not included and may have separate costs.
Virtual Care is not for medical emergencies.
If you have severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, a life-threatening allergic reaction, or another emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Virtual Care is intended for non-emergency health concerns that can be reasonably evaluated through telehealth. A licensed healthcare provider determines whether diagnosis or treatment can be provided remotely and whether prescription medication is medically appropriate.
Some symptoms or conditions require physical examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, or emergency evaluation. In those situations, you may be advised to seek in-person care.
